Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy

We keep things simple. At this time, we do not offer subscriptions or try-before-you-buy options. Each planner purchase is a one-time order.

Pre-Orders

If planners are temporarily out of stock, we may occasionally open pre-orders to reserve your copy for the next print run.
When placing a pre-order, your payment method will be charged at checkout to secure your spot.
You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships by emailing hello@thecoachjav.com. Once your order has shipped, our regular return policy applies.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us at hello@thecoachjav.com within 24 hours of purchase.
Once your order has shipped or a shipping label has been created, we’re unable to cancel it.

If your order has already shipped, you may still request a return within 30 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for details.
